Joelle Presents at the Texas A&M Life Sciences Symposium

Joelle Sfeir, a 3rd year PhD student in the lab, presented at the Texas A&M Life Sciences Symposium this past February! Her presentation, titled "Comparison of manual coding versus automated coding of 24-hour dietary recall in adolescents", gave a snapshot into her research to develop statistical code to compute sugar sweetened beverages and ultra-processed foods as dietary endpoints.
